Bakers and bakery sellers should be able to bake larger bread rolls: For the around 1.700 people who work in the bakeries in the district Borken, the union food-pleasure-restaurants (NGG) calls for an increase of 140 Euro. "Getting up early, heat in the bakery, cleaning after shop closure - the employees do a bone job. That has to be noticeable in the wallet, "says Helge Adolphs, Managing Director of NGG Münsterland. However, the Verband der Rheinische Bäckerhandwerks and the Bäckerinnungs-Verband Westfalen-Lippe only offer a plus between 1,2 and 2,2 percent for the various wage groups. For bakers after the apprenticeship that would not even be 26 Euro more per month.
