The City of Bocholt increases the capital reserve of the Ewibo to 530.000,00. In addition, she transfers a plot of land to her daughter company on the former parking lot of the DJK 97 at the Fischerweg. This was decided by the city council.
The money needs the Ewibo to acquire an apartment building with 8 residential units and 642 Qudrateter living space on Dingdener Straße. The new building costs a total of just over two million euros. To finance the Ewibo has to raise a share of 530.000 Euro. Since she does not have the money, the city comes in. Incidentally, it is planned to build a part of the apartments according to the conditions of the housing promotion of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The other part will serve the segment of "affordable housing".
The property on the Fischerweg, however, is needed for the construction of a day care center.
